Dear Patient Reader,

“Following the law of conservation”, a scientific fact that we heard in physics classes, where energy is neither created nor destroyed, denotes our capacity to do work.

The energy our body is continuously converting keeps us safe and sound inside our own bodies. Transporting blood, oxygen, hormones, and a whole lot of good stuff to make sure we’re alright.

Our entire body is interconnected through the nervous system with neurons that are supersonic carriers and receivers of messages. They’re like our very own super-safe conveyor belt-highway, transporting all the things our bodies need to know and consume.

With trillions and more of neurotransmitters in the human body, these more than minuscule, not-even-microscopic messengers are our fixer uppers. From electrical to chemical signals, our bodies are constantly chatting away.
